Naomi Campbell is set to star in a Bollywood movie.

The British supermodel wowed casting directors during her appearance at the Fashion For Relief fundraiser in Mumbai last week and is now planning to return to India to audition for her first major film role.

A source said: "Naomi had never modelled in India before but she loved every minute. "At the end of the show, two well-known Bollywood producers approached her and asked if she'd be interested in screen testing. "

Naomi was incredibly flattered and plans to come back to Mumbai for more talks whenever she next has a break in her schedule." Although Naomi may be keen to launch a movie career, she admits her previous ventures away from modelling have not been as successful.

The 38-year-old-beauty tried to become a pop star in 1995, but her album 'Baby Woman' flopped.

She said: "I must say that I am not a great singer. I gave it a try but it didn't really work. I had a song 'La-La-La Love Song' which had a video heavily influenced by India. "Even where Indian fashion is concerned, I love the clothes - the sari.

Also, Indian women are very pretty and they carry themselves very well."

Shahrukh and Salman in Karan Arjun sequel

Shahrukh and Salman in Karan Arjun sequel

In the recent past Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan have been known to be at logger heads with each other. It all started on Katrina Kaif's birthday bash last year and almost divided the Bollywood into two camps. But the news is that forgetting all their differences the two superstars have decided to bridge their gap and do a sequel of their superhit movie Karan Arjun.

Rakesh Roshan who had directed the 1995 blockbuster will be donning the producer's hat this time and is in lookout for a director to call the shots. Kajol who had played Shahrukh's love interest in the movie will be retained in the sequel while Katrina Kaif will be replacing Mamata Kulkarni and play the female lead to her real life beau Salman Khan.

The movie is expected to hit the floors this July after the two superstars take on each other at the Box Office on the same day. Shahrukh will be seen in his much delayed Dulha Mil Gaya while Salman will be seen in an action movie Wanted Dead And Alive. As they say no friendship or enmity is permanent when it comes to Bollywood!
